Guys and read this. See you don’t have any money in your pocket then in that case you can join this company otherwise don’t join this company at all. Here %of exit employees is more then 70%. Now you can decide. Most of the employees leaves in their probation period. But anyways start. 1. I haven’t worked with founders so can’t say they are good or bad. But these 2nd level managers so called engineering mangers or some people in finance and product they are so pathetic egoistic human being that even if you do your job with honesty they will target personally sometimes in front of people. Even after writing email that product guy didn’t understand. And these engineers manager to so so so so egoistic brats. They will target u until you put down ur paper. These founder and other higher management doesn’t care anymore. If you go and say something about these engineering mangers to higher management they ignore it. They will think u have only done the mistake. I can’t write a lot. But guys understand the problem here. Get some good skill work on dsa etc but don’t come inside this org please I’m requesting you

Although it is gaining popularity outside but culture and work environment is horrible.

No one really gives any attention to any employees. It is just focusing on making money and trying to exit early by selling the company.
