No one really gives any attention to any employees. It is just focusing on making money and trying to exit early by selling the company.

First of all, don’t accept any offer letter. Second, see I’m not talking about company as a whole but in specifically in tech these manager and chief are worst. They so egotistic and inhuman. First they say something else but , if you do that, they are like why you do that. They are egotistic human being. You start question yourself even though you are working day and night.
