...i had wonderful experience with Chanel..life,work,lifestandard was like luxury..salary increaments is again gud...but job securty is nt gud from managment.i want to work with Chanel for long time but suddenly they closed counter and didn’t suffle to us😌

Have learn a lot in chanel and specially on international airport cause we meet different peoples from different country and we have to tackle it that's the best part to know each and every customer so this is my good experience. I Get good salery with good incentives,travel retail is very different.We do rotational shifts but feel so safe, and collegues are all friendly nature and helpful even managers teamleder.Work environment is great here.

Yet we have not got training here I have work from last 1year but it's fine I know everthing by myself not in details but Ya for sure my experience of so many years working with makeup skincare and perfume brand I can do it.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
