Worst culture in the company, specially the HR team is so biased and always do favouritism. There is nothing to like about the company at all.

All old generation people are working with least experience and Sanket Shah is mail culprit in the company. He plays all the cards. No matter how much you are good at work if don't like you personally he will come up with new reasons to remove you from the organisation. Employees don't come to work their but to do gossip and play politics. If this goes on company won't grow at all. Making profit isnot the only thing people are treated like labours. If you want to do timepass job then you can join this company, if you really want to learn this will be the worst option to go with.

It is very bad place for work, the entire office setup & environment is like slum, owner is most chep person to whom I have ever worked for. I would suggest new joinee, please choose wisely.

They have lunch table and toilet 3 feet distance only. Pantry is attached with toilet. They ask you to work for 26 days and pays for 21 days, they shows on muster that they have 2 weekly off but at actual they gives only one, and this not because of corona, it is going on like this from last 4-5 years.
