This is a polytechnic Institute, I love my team mates but there is no Job security if Admissions are less. No career growth till. No increment since two years of all employees due to lack in admission, However, work environment is good, work life balance is also good. It doesn't have a hire policy.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike is that some people used to eat tobacco during working hours in the premises and spite somewhere. And Principal & Management do not value an individual even he working hard, they don't motivate them to work effectively. also there is no career growth , no training for skill improvement.
