Work culture, salary structure, promotion everything is terrible in this company specially management and the director Mr. Kuldip Nayar terrible behaviour never gives importance to employees treats like a slave. Full on politics from director to management you even have no rights to speak about any problem to them. They use to say they will give job security and also have staff security and will give appointment letter during interview but did not follow any company rules and regulations not even director. And also there have no hr rule Accountant Manashi Ghosh handling everything she can sue you if you do complain never ever listens to you always bad mouth with you giving slangs never respects to any employee and she doesn't have any concern or time for the employees.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
