Dislikes

The Director is the worst thing about the company. She treats everyone as slave and has no respect for employees at all. She is always sarcastic with employees and literally shouts and misbehaves with employees. She has no clue how to manage or work with employees. Its a 6 working day however they expect you to work even on Sundays and stretch beyond the working hours every day.

Good for salaries.

Dislikes

No proper plan, proper timings to work, the lead herself don’t know what work she is deploying, she only knows to be a mediator but zero skills. Bad politics, they fire people on their politics and issues. no proper guidance.
