Everything is ok here like team work, salary on time , leave on time, discipline if very good .

Dislikes

Chandigarh University growth is very slow .it takes time for growing to employ .work pressure is very high 24 hour duty for hostel warden

...taff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Dislikes

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

HR staff has noo respect for the teachers ... Pay least interest to teachers problems... They won't even pay you well for your job... Overall it's a toxic environment there.

No respect to faculties Micro management Workload not evenly distributed among faculty pool 6 day work week. Roster off is available but may get cancelled any moment. No. of holidays and leaves are also very less.
