... college where there is no professionalism, no work culture and no team support. All Management people will hurrahing you in multiple ways like salary, demotion in terms of grade, and cutting of holidays un ethically.
The Managing Director of this college doesn't know how to talk to the staff and faculties. He used to treat and misbehaving like anything. Very unpathetic and worst culture. The Higher Authority will sudden enter to the class and let you scold in front of students. There is no proper sitting place for faculties and no fan , no AC , no cooler. Even there is no proper drinking water facility there. Canteen is very unhygienic and no facility for faculty over there. They will let you engage in admission calling duty and even in urgency they will not consider your leave. They will cut your salary. Even they will hold your salary without any intimation. Monday to Saturday working and if required then Sunday also they will let you engage in some activity work. I strongly recommend not to join this group.
The opportunities for professional networking and collaboration with experts in the field of Chandigarh University enhance our industry knowledge .It's beneficial for career growth.
There's nothing negative to mention about Chandigarh University .There networking opportunities are valuable.

The college is more like a jail for students as well as teachers.Low salaries.Poor work culture. The senior staff harasses the junior staff. They will not consider your degrees but assign you work on the pretext that there's always something new to learn. It happened that I used to teach quantitative techniques in Management dept and I have done my masters in Mathematics and the dept assigned me the duty to grade the summer internship presentations of MBA students when I know nothing about it.I wasn't the subject expert but still they insisted me to do so and upon asking , even HOD didn't have a say because the senior staff had a talk with the Dean and they considered it right to assign a non expert person to grade the future. They insult the teachers ,in their speech on teacher's day they said replacements are for everyone, insulting a very senior teacher on stage .I don't understand why they are even in education sector
