If you are innovative, Management is supportive to accept your ideas and let you lead. There is opurtunities to learn, only if you know to find ways to learn. R&D for betterment and Do accept system upgradations.

...suffer like a bagger for incriment...security guards become head HR by politics.Very low salary like 8k to 10k for 2-8 year experience candidate as senior engineer....very very poor culture.please do not join this company for ur future

My teammates are very cooprative. They behave me like my family members . They maintain the culture of my deptt vey well.

I am working here from 6 and a half year but i cant get the success means growth in salary in my designation i cant reach at that point where i deserve to be. I dislike these things the most and i am not satisfied with working here. I am just working here because my home is nearby. But now i am thinking to switch and work in an Mnc like company,If I can get the opportunity.

If you have the ability to take the new challenges and fulfill them on time, then I can say that you will get the benefits you can't even think. Working culture is good and no Politics I have seen till now.
