Dislikes

Owners have orthodox thinking. Working culture is not modern & very strict (e.g. not allowed to visit canteen for tea or snacks). Cleaning is very bad, very unhygienic offices. Rates are every where, toilets, wash basin are dirty. Only Head of departments are given importance by management. Juniors cannot learn much from HOD as every data, formulas, learning material etc. not shared with juniors and management supports it.

The Chanderpur Rule : If you get any leave between 1st to 7th day of a Month. Then Company Will Stop or Hold Your Salary for those Days that you have taken. The Especiallity of this Thing, this kind of Rule not written in on the Appointment Letter that given to you by HR. It will created by their own policy. The Second thing's Employe Can be comes two hours late in three times in a month but if anyone of the employe get late one second after 9:15 in a Month the Company Will Mark him half day if he by chance 1 second late or punch on his finger/card on 9:16. The Third and very important they get signed a bond with employe that the employe can not leave the company as per agreement
