Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the man does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's not a just industry we can say that it's like a training centre or apprentice centre Here are lots of machines (up to 100+) and different type of problems in different machines. It's again and again repeated problem per day or per week so we can learn easily here in short time.

Good Company for freshers but If you're experienced please don't stay in this company. Try to better

No work life balance Always stay overtime due to heavy load. Company culture not good lots of politics. No increment policy

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
