Don't give interview here , the director here takes final interview and if he/she finds any substance in you he/she will ask about your notice period and says.."why you all serve notice period you guys don't work in notice period ,so it's better to leave previous company immediately and join here ....." They are themselves violate corporate laws and expect themselves to be kept safe from laws

They will take blank cheque from you that too signed by you , Salary never comes before 15th of the month , . all your emi's will fail , They make you work in field like a peon distributing money packets containing 100 to 150 rs to their high fy.clients to appeas them and make them write prescription for the company at the cost of hard earned money of the poor patents , Your previous talent and experience will go in vein you will be just a bonded hi tech labour working with a google sheet forcibly downloaded in your fone , all your privacy will be shared , if your are late you will be marked half day , they will never let you work with peace and ease in the tough field they will make it even more tough and hell like. If you move out of your field area suppose in any emergency your k.r.a will be spoiled .You have to work in the field in the worst thunder storm until you die or face an accident. If your 20 doctor calls are not complete in a day they will deduct salary . No per day D.a allowed .Just spend your meagre salary on d.a... Firstly they are very sweet but slowly they will turn out to be hellish spicy monster. Your previous experience will not be counted and you have to work under those who were junior to you , they even throw out old employees out when their own sons become adult enough to join the job and they will enjoy the market and client age that you had built you will be just spectator and wrap for your lost job then...... If your task is not complete just by a millimeter they will hold your salary.

Company market strategy is very Effective to Attract local Doctors for patients.

Dislikes

Salary was not on time delayed around 2 months. Directorate level are the worst management talking 🗣 with their emplyees like that emplyees are labour. Only family member are higher in Authorities while he is illiterate or without any Prestigious degree.

Dislike this because just hire and just fire wala seen hota hai or work bhi kuch or hota....sab hr department wale sarkari naukri karte...or apne se junior wale ko torches karte hai...time 14 hour job hai..kabhi bhul kar bhi ise company mai maat aana bhai....A company fully croupted....sab chor hai or chori karana sikahate hai...Manager se le ker Operation head tak...Monthly har centre se bandha hai....ise mujhe yeh se Jaana pada...

There is too much politics in the workplace. It's causing employees to leave, and in the HR department four to five staff members have already left front of me.
