Employee should be paid based on their skills and knowledge they gained not on the no. of years of experience. Someone can gain much knowledge in less time. Interview must be taken in every 6 months.

Company culture is best, timely salary, flexi timings, lots of employee engagement activities.

Dislikes

Those who do well they are loaded with lots of work load beyond capacities, in the other hand free seekers will enjoy timely salaries without doing anything. Those who work more gets less salaries on the other hand people who work less get higher salaries. Lots of politics by HR head and new management people. New joiners are treated with sky high hikes in salaries whereas old employees are given peanut hikes. HR Head is master in politics.

...here is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company lolicies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.....

I like working in Chandak, however few in higher decision play nasty games specialy in HR department. Director's are great. Company culture is very good. Lots for favouritism.

Culture and ethics of the directors.

It's best company as of now.The owners are the best thinkers,have a very good understanding about business and employees. It's a growing company and authentic real estate company for customers.

Dislikes

There may be some politics and ego in middle management.
