Especially HR head is very Toxic she can do anything to take revenge infact she revenge minded person. She make sure to suffer if anyone ask any questions against her decision. She do's high partiality between employees. Toxic environment, retaliation and MICROMANAGEMENT harm employee morale and growth.

One of the best in developing existing resources, HR focused on the overall development of employees, Excellent work-life balance, Management is very supportive, Lots of opportunities to grow within the organization, Employee friendly policies. Ethics and Safety are high on the priority list. Have not faced any office politics, No Peer pressure, Work together as a team. Upgrading IT systems
