Leave policies can be imporoved. Pay scale needs improvement. Employees are not very engaged. There is too much monitoring on work hours rather than quality of work, learning and enggemwnt.

One of the worst companies. No structure. No leadership skills to complete tasks. Freshers Have been put to uphill task to finish everything at faster pace. Lack of clarity in process.

There is no such thing as liking. There is lot of corporate politics. Lot of middlemnagement puts pressure on delivery.

The worst work ethics in the company and the worst management, employs never treated equally they differentiated as top level people from rest.

Terrible top management and the HR. The CEO and his wife hire and fire the employees basis their whim, with no intimation resulting in constant job insecurity. The CEO’s wife made us design and style her wardrobe for various events.

Things to know before joining 1,They use keystroke tracking to measure productivity. If you are on a meeting or call or spends time on sketch, you'll be unfairly surprised on your salary. 2.they have multiple profiles on ambitionbox. You can search for metricfox, champions infometrics etc. All are under same management. 3.a large middle management to puts pressure on new joinees. Thanks
