The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I loves the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products.and is sometime dependent on project on location.Another plus point is that my colleaguescome from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employer rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
