CG gives freedom to work to the employees who are really working so hard and there is huge scope for development for work life. Work culture is very nice.

Dislikes

The award for best employee in CG DTC summits are not judge by the performance, hence the employees who are always ahead of their targets are never getting the appreciations, acknowledgement and motivations to continue for long time.The company more focuses on the underperforming employees,Henceforth there is absence of well qualified smart employees in CG. There is always a communication gap in between the higher level and ground level employees.
