Progress ke naam pe sirf documents bnate h. Practically koi baat nhi krta h, politics khelte h, sirf experiments chalte h.. Hiring and firing dono bulk m krte h. No job security. Job chodne k baad bhi paisa nhi dete h. And Hr bhi jhuut bolte h. I suggest don't serve notice period because kab denge kuch nhi pta. Don't join this organization.even offering you very much high.
