1. The top management lacks experience, which impacts decision making and strategic direction. 2. There is lack of clear future planning for tasks and product development, making it difficult to have long term vision. 3. Preference is given to IIT graduate in terms of salary and leadership roles, even though some freshers earns morethan the employees with 10+ years of experience without contributing much value. 4. The work environment feels more like a college project team rather than a professional engineering team, lacking structure and discipline. 5. Tasks are poorly defined, with individuals working independently and focusing more on showcasing their knowledge rather than collaborating effectively. 6. Team work is lacking and there is a noticeable absence of coordination among team members. 7. The company faces financial limitations, which hinder product development and there have been delays in paying supplier invoices for months. 8. The team is disproportionately large compared to the actual amount of work leading to inefficiencies and overhead value. 9.
