I felt happy when I got a call from Chaivel It Solutions and when I got selected I learn a lot about Chaivel IT Solutions. going to the office on time very happy to complete and submit the given work fast in time. Explaining to the customer about company products and taking appointments sometimes close the leads also. The company has taught me a lot . I have learned a lot in this company. The office environment is very good and employees are also happy when doing teamwork.

No Disadvantages to Chaivel it Solutions but I still have to Develop My skills in another company for career growth

I have worked there as a fresher for 3 months, 1ST month salary recieved 7500 change, second month didnt recieved any, in third moth after after 20 days I got terminated, this 50 days salary they gave me after 12 days in cheque format that also got bounced 2 times. As a fresher I wanted to get hired and wanted to start my work journey even with minimal 10K / month salary, so I joined there, they have exploited that situation of mine and gave me tasks on web template designs for various websites, I was doing that and wad submitting to project manager. No review given to me but assigns new template design. The system that I use to work on was not good enough I told for better system but I seems like they intensionally gave me incapacitent pc, aftwrwards I realized that they didnt even wanted to hire me, I was not improving in my skills and there was no senior person for guidence.
