There is a lot of politics .they doesn't increment the salary and management doesn't address to our improvement and knowledge

no job security, no career growth, no salary apprisal, salary delay upto 6 months (max), heavy politics, no learning, worst work environment, no innovation, poor work - life balance. About management : Worst management - terminates sincere and loyal employees - no proper plan - no principal in the college, has been running since 2 years - had lost its image and got degraded many times by the university - experience in this college will have zero value in future - employees joining here should keep in mind that they should leave their self respect at their homes - very poor admissions - poor decision makings in each and every small things, no proper plans, no proper communication - no encouragement to the teaching staff, no workshops, no seminars. Instead they bring film stars for promotions. they give promises to the students at the admissions time like ensuring internal marks and attendance percentage even they do not come to college and do not write the answer paper. Teaching faculty are highly stressed to cover all these things and the management escapes when they caught by officials at their inspection times. Please dont waste your valuable time in joining here. I had joined here so that I can get plenty of time to prepare for government exams.

No job security, No salary on time and have no Improvement in salary growth and professional growth and lot of politics played by officials and seems no good environment towards education standards for students and staff and no innovative thinking towards students and institutional development and not having good work life balancing and not implementing any new learning methods and techniques and no one is having good technical skills towards laboratory and no senior and well experienced staff in administration as well as in academics

Training is good, work environment is nice... travelling service is free for the college staff only

No job security for the employees... Their is no career growth for the employees, salary increment....is poor
