Job security is there and in fact ,it's one of the best companies that I have worked with.

Learning and working with different projects sometimes takes up your free time.There are late working hours and stringent timelines.Being a part of a growing company these challenges do take a toll on me. The work is very demanding as CCL is working in blockchain which is one of the cutting edge technologies.But then probably there is a lot of learning too..

Everything. No more projects and too much partiality and favouritism. If you are a good shoe licker then your future is bright here. Skills doesn't matter to them. You'll work and credit will goes to the another one who has 0 knowledge because of favouritism and his show licking skill.

The company is in its commencement phase. Hence you would get lot of exposure with handling different activities. The company has its own cafe inside its office through which you can get stuff for yourself. You get 5000 credits per month which you can spend in the cafe.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
