Whatever the condition here you can work as much as you can but with same salary. Maximum stores are delivery basis and you just have to do work like a team member nothing else so they never terminate anyone until any cash deviation found.

...t good payout, didn't get increment, didn't get promotion on time, infact never. They just give false satisfaction and do false promises and make you revoke your resignation and when the final day came then again same story so you resign that time, in that way they never have to do increment/promotion and hire other staff again at same salary . Didn't get any overtime after doing 11-12 hours shift.

There are some Great team members that come with brilliant experience, got to learn a lot from them

Growth is very slow, Salary is way below market average and there are some team members that ruin the company's culture and work ethics.

No performance variable pay is paid out as promised by recruiter while selection. Work-life balance is worst as all the task are manual

Every functions here are manual. No variable payout is happening. Recruiter promised variable pay will be paid out but nothing was given

No job security during this pandamic & salary cuts is happening in march itself to all levels.i dont know what will happen in april when there is confirmed shutdown. really there is no job security dusring such lockdown.

...k environment and culture, teammates are supportive and instant growth based on performance, appraisals fair hike and bonus every year
