Dislikes

Company policy, delegation of authority, discipline in managing HOD or senior manager, pay cut after left the organization. Biased culture, Extremely Nepali prone, politics by the management, not staff and many more.

Worst management, and worst company ever you will find on this planet. No ethics no operating procedures are followed. Extreme politics involved. There are few people with whom, one has to work with and they hold the senior position with absolutely no knowledge of what their designations is about. No benefits whatsoever, a bunch of uneducated fools trying to make you believe you are an asset to the company but threaten you to be kicked out with no reason at all. Only work if you are really in crisis of getting job, because you will hear remarks and curse words from the director himself and will continue to insult which you may not digest.
