Everything thing is worst except the salary. Salary credit on-time.

Worst place I ever work. No team work. No manager support. No growth. They just want to do profit for the company they don't think about the employee's. Only the managers boy will be take the promotion other who works good and have knowledge they won't get promoted. And the other staff also not proper. Always fighting on little topic don't talk properly don't treat good. And the management also the worst. Day shift and night shift always fight manager will support only his shift. Shift managers be like I don't care they just handle the cash n etc. Managers also don't have knowledge of products and if something got wrong they shout on the staff instead of correcting them. They don't keep staff for the cleaning of cafe because of that the other staff fight on the cleaning issues. No security no safet I no travel expenses. strongly request you please don't go to chaayos. Work anywhere except chaayos. The worst place I have ever work.

customer connection experience is good.salary is better.staff is good and supportive

Shift is already 10 hours but at night this time take 11 hours n more.not rotational shift.company can't give a cup of tea or 1 meal for employees.there is no seak leave

Chaayos, it is a very good company, I enjoyed working here, all the seniors in compliance are good and support me, I also got a chance to learn a lot, my favorite company Chaayos, I have completed 6 years here

I have completed 6 years in this company, by working very well I got a lot of work to do but could not progress further, even after working so much time the salary is so low that whatever I earn is not able to save.

You can do 4-6 hours of shifts if have bonding with seniors.. No data making
