Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Govt College under Haryana Govt.Good Work Environment. For guest faculty Job is not regular also they have salary issue.

Dislikes

After each semester the guest faculty have to be on leave then in next semester they will join again.

it was good to work with entire team of this college for a long time..work culture is so vibrant...everybody is of cooperting nature.... but to complete amenities of life and for personal growth this job was not ok...because that was temporary job.

job security.....i worked there for more than 6 years but i am free now
