I like the overall work culture of the organization since my joining and the organization has consistently managed the same. No work pressure at all. The organization promote and support honesty in work. Internal promotions are done at large which is good for employees growth

The company pays over time if ask for the additional work basis on the business requirements however they should discourage this practice for better work life balance.

I have recently joined as senior associate. It was a great experience. Interview process was was very smooth. Operation staffs are well educated. I would like thanks to HR dept and many of them who really help alot while you are in probation period....

Transport dept need to work.

I would like to say the work environment is extremely good at CGM aria. No one will pressurise you for anything, in-fact you will learn many things about the work. Training sessions are conducted on timely basis.

Incentive criteria is not good.
