Depends upon project and business unit. For me , here in DataCycle360 and Wealth360, work is excellent means, you will get more and more work if you are able to do quickly so, learning opportunity is excellent, technologies is also decent as per industry, but if i think independently and don't compare with other company then carriers growth (salary) in terms of appraisal is not good.

Appraisal, salary growth within CGI, Hybrid mode of working, WFO, In terms of quality and quantities work delivered - More work is there based on current 9LPA CTC of promoted SSE atleast for me, by comparing with external hired SSE which takes 19LPA. So, Switching to other company is good rather than getting Promoted within CGI.

Shift allowance is something we appreciate. Working as a team culture is good. Members are cooperative, supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation Culture where no additional benefits for working weekends or no additional payments for more than 5 days a week work or additional hours.

... have growth on your skill sets. And awards and recognition is pretty good here. Although the salary benifits are somewhat less than other competitive companies. Hikes and bonuses in support jobs are way less.

Salary and benifits and less opportunity to visit onsite

... if they are hiring you for Atkins Global Client. You will be trapped 30 months. No hike in 2 years. No work life balance.

They are clear about the client for which theh are hiring. 30 montbs in a same role.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is good
