....! Its the worst company to work in, no work culture, no ethics, no moral value. Employees are treated like beggars, atleast 2 months delay in salary every month. Don't even expect any increments or appraisals.

Working with this company was my pleasure. Their are lots of strictness about roles and responsibilities if we fail we can loose the job. Higher management is very supportive if we report to them. Resources and material provision is good. Over all good company... Thank you.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
