... and free Bus Facility is also there. Company works on Govt. Defence Projects. Salary comes on time. Company is surrounded by greenery and mountains and is situated next to Mum-Pune Expressway. The Management team is Great.

The only thing good thing was it that it gave me a chance to be a part in manufacturing of various government contracts and decent knowledge in export.

I could enlist a various things but some of them were, 1 salary was never on time infact had been pending for more than three months. 2. Vendor payment never on time and least 3. Working on Sundays too

It's one the good company..as a fresher I learnt a lot here n still learning going on ..... actually quality I came to know...as we r working for central govt. Or Navy ..there was everything critical and interesting.. within 6 month got chance as quality representative with third party naval group of india and France and with govt my India people as well....

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
