compensation is decent, but grow is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. Its seniors day out.

Honestly am telling this proud to be a CEVA employee. Even we have not gone office for 2months due to covid19 pandemic situation but management paid the salary. Yes it is more than government.

Except for the pay there's nothing beneficial working in CEVA Chennai branch.

Firstly the work environment is very toxic in CEVA Chennai especially ocean product. The head of ocean product is very ridiculous, inconsiderate and rude. He has no professional ethics and has poor people handling skills. He tortures the employees and make them breakdown mentally.
