Very good platform for a beginner in professional life. Mental pressure minimum. Colleagues are cooperative. When I was working I got the lodging facility and the rooms were in good condition.

Dislikes

Salary is not satisfying. Also incriminat is non periodic. Sometimes salary pending for 2 to 3 months.

Likes

Good place for freshers for job training. Teammates and seniors are supportive. During Lockdown, company did not sack anyone but retained employees with salary deduction. At least all the employees got their salary in lockdown period.

Salary increment is not done in last 2 years. Hope the situation will change as soon as possible..

Team work is very good and work environment is very familiar. Site management is upon you. Site staffs images can changed any moment on site situation or office instruction.

Site staffs have not respect to the office staff.

Food was provided at a cheaper rate.. work oad was less. At site it was stress-free environment..

Dislikes

Office co-workers are not good... Selfish jealous and mean minded and all about blame game. I know this culture exist in typical Bengali company.... But this company is far worse than that. And above all hod favoutism plays an important factor for your career growth in your company.

It's a DPR consulting company including Highway, Bridges, Geotechnical and Survey department. I was working there for 1 year just after my graduation, i honestly say it has a wonderful working environment and some amazing people.

Dislikes

Team mates are good and helpfull, low quality of training they will tell you that you will be in deigning but in real life you will be just in "copy and paste" work..documentation work, i couldn't think about it's politics, it's horrible, top level management and bosses are politician, no skill developement training, no job security, salary of a graduate engineer is Rs. 16000 per month(but in offer letter they show it is 24000 per month, so many meaning less deductions are there, worst platform for learning, no innovation, no carrer growth at all.
