Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I worked in that company, I really learn lot of new thing and improved skills such as what are the responsibility of engineer, Labour management, material management, quality of material and work,how to complete the project within given period, communication with clients and owner and how to handle critical condition...etc I really appreciate worked in that company

I had feel bored to handle only one project, whish to do multiple project
