Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

...are for your job nor u r career. Wast of time to be part of this organization. In my case they hired me with in 4 months process gone n put me on the bench without salary for 6 month's. Please guys don't opt any offer from this org otherwise u will be unemployed in no time. HR always promise you as redeployment will be done in 7 to 10 days but those 7 to 10 days never come.

Not stable organization. HR & Management doesn't care of employees. In my case I was on the bench for 6 months in between I was covid + they didn't pay my salary nor insurance cover. They speak lies all the times regards to your salary/future/prospects. HR known for giving wrong info & lies alot Even employees benefits premiums are deducted from your salary. You will loose job in no time. Waste organization I ever seen.

My company wasn't supporting well in COVID-19 lockdown.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. some times work pressure is very high. Managers do not value my individuals, unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. In Lockdown time company won't support employees and they was not providing good monitory benefits. Management won't give value for employees benefits.
