Company is not at all worth to work ...after 3 months you will realize they have no vendor base no funds for sampling.

Dislikes

They deduct salary for 5 minutes late coming. They don't include courier cost if some big packet will send they force you to pay bill or deduct from your salary if samples are somewhere wrong

The only thing I liked about my role at cerulean was to see my product in reality, to see how beautiful it turned out in the end and to know that it's selected by the buyers.

Dislikes

The hierarchy there is very bad the head of design always scolds even for someone else's mistake. She has a favourite person there and I got scoled even for his mistake and the way she talks is really unprofessional. Everything depends on her mood and her moods change in seconds and I would not suggest anyone to go there, you'll just be stuck in a loop and doing something from which you'll not learn anything just will doing it for the sake of the job, and for a designer I don't think you should stay at a place where you don't get to grow or learn something new.

There is nothing to like about this company except few people. People were very nice there but they all have been either fired or they left.

Dislikes

Company policies are very bad. Or you can say there are no policies, owner can fire anyone anytime. HR and some office boys can make or break anyone’s career. Owner is a big No for everyone.
