No training for employees on contractual roll, no increment, no appraisal, no scope for grade upgradation

You get exposure to all different kind of industries/materials /projects and thus have a scope to add knowledge.

Dislikes

The company works on inspection which requires employees to travel very often and stay away at sites. The management doesn't treat their employees at same level equally. They put pressure on employees who seems easy targets and are working loyal and honestly hence force and end up losing the service of loyal employees. the assignments comes with short notice. Management does not prepare the roasters in advance which enables smart and people who play politics to evade site duty. Hence there is clear disparity and discrimination in the treatment. Company works in Third party inspection, audits hence the scope for career growth is limited.
