Ceridian Team is very good in working culture. They will give Bonus and good hike. New Infrastructure is awesome @ B'lore and now its feels like MNC.

...Manager(a person who rejoined and was taking care of Development and support ). Reference candidate will get more hike and High salary than one who working for more than 7+ years. Not Focusing to fix the repeated issues in application. Few special teams are there in IT and they will give very good hike with promotions and also mid year hike too, I think even HR also aware of this.

Ceridian is a perfect work place for job seeker to build their career in taxation and pay roll process. Friendly mangers, HR and colleagues overall good place to work.

Dislikes

Bad/unprofessional mid management which doesn’t allow you to grow much. No scope for technical growth. If you have some skillset you can apply but do not expect any growth for yourself. Too much politics based on religion.(plus point if you're a Muslim) No support or encouragement for contirbutions made. No resources provided No benefits provided No process management Poor people management Advice to Management: Shut down the company if you don't know how to behave to your employees.
