I don't like anything about working at sciforn because of Manager, CTO, CEO and their toxic behaviour. Consider this as pro of the company - If you don't have any offer and can't survive long without job then you can join for money (but you'll struggle a lot for experience letter and final pay while leaving the company). You may get a chance of client interaction if you are lucky enough.

...work environment, and understanding of employees' mental and physical health. 5. No Joining bonus, No medical aid, No PF. 6. It is written that you will get a performance bonus after one year, but they will fire you just before 12 months. So, no performance bonus. 7. You will work sitting in an apartment. No office.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
