There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

people there are dictators, no concern or no humanity. If questioned they will torture like hell and make the person to leave. I have seen 4 people leaving the office within a month (new joinies), after which i have aslo left due to the constant pressure.

I like Cerestra Advisors because it provides the platform of growth which is not easy in other organisation. They recognise employees efforts and help them to grow and learn professionally.

Dislikes

Nothing..they only thing we all need to work hard.Hard work repays here

Great business model , motivated senior management

Dislikes

Juniors feel left out ,not every one would be able to withstand company politics. Lala company culture , extravagant expenses on parties , work isn't structured , poor onboarding training and plenty of other issues.

Likes

They provide free food sometimes, that's the only positive part of the company.

Dislikes

HR policies are not properly implemented as they mention on paper. The company has poor work culture and leadership shows partiality in decision making. The company needs to be more inclusive of gender. This company has destroyed many people's carrer. Most employees leave this company within a very short period of time.
