Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...office during lockdown, yes there is a support of a COVID insurance of ₹2 lac. They deducted the salary for Apr, May and June month. Now they are going to stop the seed division and forced stuff to resign from their job.

Dislikes

They deducted the salary for the month of April, May and June still after working more from home. After that they forced to join office otherwise deduction in salary. Now they are going to shut the seed division and forced stuff to resign from their job.

Job security of the company was good. Management tried their best to make the company financially stable.

Dislikes

Upper level Management tried their best to make the company financially stable through inefficient middle level management. They are unable to understand the seed industry business even after 10 years of business. Unable to utilize plenty of human resources.
