Dislikes

People there are toxic. They will say good things about you in front of others, but with boss, they show their true motives. Bosses are also like them. They really don't care about their employees and their hard work. No work-life balance is there; they will tell you that there is urgent work tomorrow and have employees working hard till 10 p.m., and the other day they just come and say that it is not required at all. Show no appreciation for their employees.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
