There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new noinees

Company management work blind fold work on middle management like DGM, GM and do not take feeb back their lower empolyee and these person do their own what ever they want, and job lower emplyees in their hands.

Timely Salary and bonus. Perfect accounting. Products are good.

It is ridiculous to appointing inefficient person in place of efficient person top to bottom in most of the cases. There is no any analysis what was doing earlier person and what is doing new one. HR is only messenger of the top salaried person. No any policy and ethics. Your job is safe if you have connection with top salaried persons... It is no matter if you are not capable.

The one thing that I appreciate most is their salary deposit date. Cera never play around that. Another aspects is the very good system of reimbursement.
