Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Dislikes

Evrything comes in my mind. Very good policy by management, they will hire b.com graduates on a package of 2.5 lakh and make them work on behalf of the employee who was hired on a package of 10-12 lpa. Forget about hike....salary revision as per market standard and top most you cant leave the organization easily as notice period is for 3 months and yet they wanna hire for employee in less than 2 weeks. STAYING AWAY WILL BE GOOD
