Nothing to like much only management is good and on time salary.

Everything, No respect, all HOD will do favoritism, no salary increment for your hard work doesn't matter how much hard work you will do end of the year you will get fixed 2.5k to 3k hike for everyone from driver to Manager level. Have to mention about HR department they are just useless in the organisation if you want to clarify your doubts also you cannot approach them only what ever your reporting manager says you have to do and if you reach to HR for any kind of clarification they will escalate to your report manager and create big dramas. Last 3 months as many of Employee left the company but no body will quation and ask why are you leaving cause they don't care I'm also one of them cause I have got only 3k increment like everyone else. when i ask can I revise my salary to 30K HR not agreed at all but they replaced my position with fresh graduate whos writing still final exams offered 35k(TH). My take home was 25k and I have experience of 3 years. I have to mention that I have got certification of recognition from company (Customer experience champion) for my hard work. Even though your a top performer also they won't care if you quation them that's it you may leave the job or you'll fired.

Good work environment, teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company paid they full salary on time during lockdown and made health insurance for all the employees.

The appraisal are not good and salary hike is less.also career growth is slow

they pay well, either its salary or incentives i think its best in industry, work hard earn more. management is good and take care of employees well. value for money products, overall a good experience.

sales people do not have job security, more of hire and fire policy through out the year. selected few get a chance to grow

Worst management ever seen. They hire and fire easily. If you want to survive then you should excel in licking higher management. They do politics and favouritism. Few seniors support selected women for personal benifits and they do unethical practices to support them. They don't value performance and talent. Think before joining.

I wish there was a minus rating to give this organization. Pathetic company to work for. Toxic work environment. The bosses are super egoistic and partial. Forget work life balance. Dictatorship to another level. People here can't survive beyond 6 months unless you are good at a**lic*ing. Remain jobless rather than joining here and losing ur mental peace.
