Not any working support from reporting manager. Bsm..company recruit reporting manager who have not any knowledge about any work for flush door department.where i worked...also he is totally addicted person... but when i joined then the general manger was helpful .company appointed suddenly new general manager.who was from fmcg sector not have any idea about building materials sector..always talk irrelevant topic after his appointment of 3 month suddenly with out any proper reason called in branch office and said to resign other wise he terminate me....i.joined in this company as it was a Ltd company....but got behaviour like worked on a shop...specially for last 3 month..when joined the new general manager...totally wasted of time...this is the work culture of company own headquarters ...worked on century ply is wasted of time and energy both...

Teammates are supportive, training not provided, no job security, no carrer groths, salary on time but expanses are not good, average travelling, more poloctis, learning wise good, avagerge work environment, no any work life balance

Working culture is very bad, too much politics also, expanse are not giving on time and deducted

It helps to learn and grow , salary never late all variable pay will also processed smoothly in time, if any one wants to grow he/she will have lots of scope in this organization , overall nice place to work

Sir frankly am doing job company culture is good all the management are very friendly nature .job security is very high level.

Sir salary level is very low .and extra work load is very high thats a only reason

Company is renowned with Ply boards, Salary is on time. Last day of the month you will have your salary in your account. That is the only positive thing here.

Century works on Trial and Fire, if the market conditions are bad and you are unable to perform, you have to immediately quit.
