...is on a growth path, long term vision is very clear and in process of execution. Compensation is reasonably good as per the industry. Other facilities are at per industry. Over all good company with a clear vision for future.

Dislikes

Better to say area of improvement. 1. Inter departmental transfer opportunity should be explored since it is the biggest company in this segment and has lot of other departments'. 2. Intervention of top level management in few smallest thing should be avoided. 3. At times, company thinks that market would except whatever it does, which is not reality.

There is no proper division into projects and channel sales are completely mixed, which means the channel people will also do projects and no area is divided properly. Secondary sales in your own territory will not count towards your sales. the whole monkey looks like a weight

Internal politics, language based discrimination in Kolkata and Baharampur Branch. Company is not HR based, too much interference of Manager in promotion , and salry hike issue. Promotion and increment is not basd on work it based on buttering in West Bengal (Kolkata) and UPC branch (Baharampur).

Lot of politics on branch level, job sequrity is not there and a sales person can not work freely and showcase their talent. Every time something new in working is implemented which is not good and does not create a good working environment.
