Salary is on time, that's it.

Company has no vision mission, company hires people and forgets about them, (example - their management trainees) they hire mt's and forget about them, transfer them illogically here and there, when they starts to get a grip in the market and they expect freshers to to magic like magicians in the new transferred Market.
The worst is the hr department, they are full of miscommitments.
They hire freshers and destroys their career, my other batchmates are mt's in other companies and they r promoting to permanent employees, and i, still scrubbing here in this pathetic company as a management trainee.
Whenever we call the respective hr he only replies, 'hmm' 'ok' 'hmm hmm' 'i will look into it'. That's it.
Company is renowned with Ply boards, Salary is on time. Last day of the month you will have your salary in your account. That is the only positive thing here.
Not any working support from reporting manager. Bsm..company recruit reporting manager who have not any knowledge about any work for flush door department.where i worked...also he is totally addicted person... but when i joined then the general manger was helpful .company appointed suddenly new general manager.who was from fmcg sector not have any idea about building materials sector..always talk irrelevant topic after his appointment of 3 month suddenly with out any proper reason called in branch office and said to resign other wise he terminate me....i.joined in this company as it was a Ltd company....but got behaviour like worked on a shop...specially for last 3 month..when joined the new general manager...totally wasted of time...this is the work culture of company own headquarters ...worked on century ply is wasted of time and energy both...
...is on a growth path, long term vision is very clear and in process of execution.
Compensation is reasonably good as per the industry. Other facilities are at per industry.
Over all good company with a clear vision for future.
Better to say area of improvement.
1. Inter departmental transfer opportunity should be explored since it is the biggest company in this segment and has lot of other departments'.
2. Intervention of top level management in few smallest thing should be avoided.
3. At times, company thinks that market would except whatever it does, which is not reality.
Old employees have all the power to ruler over new one & one can't approach to senior management / hr to report complain regarding the reporting manager unprofessional behavior.
