There is no proper division into projects and channel sales are completely mixed, which means the channel people will also do projects and no area is divided properly. Secondary sales in your own territory will not count towards your sales. the whole monkey looks like a weight

Dislikes

Internal politics, language based discrimination in Kolkata and Baharampur Branch. Company is not HR based, too much interference of Manager in promotion , and salry hike issue. Promotion and increment is not basd on work it based on buttering in West Bengal (Kolkata) and UPC branch (Baharampur).

Lot of politics on branch level, job sequrity is not there and a sales person can not work freely and showcase their talent. Every time something new in working is implemented which is not good and does not create a good working environment.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
