Work culture of CEL is very best. It is also a good platform to learn and develop skills & new learnings. All policies are applicable as ABG group.

The salary scale is bit lower than exists in market. The working culture for female employees needs to be improved & the basic amenities needs to be provided.

Worst salary and increment. They give u market correction and all but again next year low increment along with , if you go in oppose with Vp he will take revenge during salary increment even if u r giving good performance

Part of the Aditya Birla Group, Heritage Company, You will get good exposure. Also company provides accomodation. CEL has 2 residential colonies for Employees. Working Times Monday to Friday - Full day and Saturday - Half Day

Salary structure is low as compared to Market Standard. Also don't expect much increment from company.

...anagement is transpart. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year.

No opportunity to get involved in decisions making or brainstorming, Lack of awareness of policies among the employees, Unfair appraisal system, Favoritism etc.
